Where possible, appointments may be rescheduled subject to:

• Salon availability
• Staff availability
• Service duration
• The type of service booked
• Any advance-payment conditions communicated at booking

For high-demand services such as bridal makeup, customers are strongly encouraged to provide sufficient notice.

3. No-Show Appointments

If a customer does not attend a confirmed appointment without informing 7 Mirrors, the salon may treat the appointment as a no-show.

Where an advance payment or booking amount has been collected, the applicable booking conditions communicated at the time of booking may apply.

Repeated no-shows may affect future booking arrangements.

4. Advance Payments and Booking Amounts

For certain services, packages or appointments, 7 Mirrors may require an advance payment or booking amount.

The customer will be informed of the applicable amount and conditions before payment where reasonably practicable.

The treatment of the advance payment in case of cancellation, rescheduling or no-show will depend on the conditions communicated at the time of booking.

5. Bridal Makeup and Event Bookings

Bridal makeup, wedding bookings and other event-based services often require advance preparation and reserved artist/staff availability. Therefore:

• Advance booking is recommended.
• A booking amount may be required.
• Cancellation and rescheduling conditions may be communicated specifically for the booking.
• Date changes are subject to artist and salon availability.
• Any refund or adjustment will be handled according to the booking terms agreed at the time of confirmation.

For large or multi-service bookings, customers should contact the salon directly for the applicable cancellation conditions.

6. Prepaid Packages

If a customer purchases a prepaid salon package, the applicable package terms will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Refunds or cancellations may depend on:

• Services already used
• Remaining services
• Package conditions
• Promotional pricing
• Applicable law

Unused services are not automatically refundable unless the applicable terms provide for a refund or a refund is required by law.

7. Gift Card Refunds

• Gift Cards cannot be cancelled after issuance.
• Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Gift Cards cannot be partially or fully refunded.
• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for another monetary value.
• A Gift Card can only be used for the package or service specified on the card.
• Gift Cards are subject to verification using the unique Gift Card Number.
• A redeemed Gift Card cannot be reused.

This policy is subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

8. Membership Refunds

Once a membership has been purchased and activated:

• The membership fee is non-refundable.
• The membership cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The membership cannot be cancelled for a refund.
• Unused membership benefits cannot be converted into cash.
• Unused benefits do not carry forward after membership expiry.
• Membership benefits remain subject to the applicable membership terms.
• The membership is linked to the registered mobile number.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

10. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, the refund method and processing time may depend on:

• Original payment method
• Payment provider
• Bank processing time
• Transaction type
• Applicable refund conditions

Refunds are generally processed through the original payment method where practical.

11. Pricing or Payment Errors

If an obvious pricing, payment or technical error occurs, we may review and correct the transaction.

If payment has already been collected and the transaction cannot reasonably be fulfilled, the applicable amount may be refunded according to the circumstances and applicable law.
