These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the 7 Mirrors Unisex Luxe Salon & Bridal Makeup Studio website and to appointments, salon services, packages, memberships, gift cards and related services. By using our website, contacting us, booking an appointment or purchasing a service, membership or gift card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after confirmation from 7 Mirrors.
For bridal makeup, specialised treatments and other high-demand services, advance booking is recommended.

7 Mirrors offers digital gift cards for selected salon packages and services.
Refunds
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Each gift card is assigned a unique Gift Card Number, for example 7M-GC-2026-000001. The number is used to identify and verify the gift card.
We may verify:
A gift card already marked as redeemed cannot be reused.
Gift cards are issued digitally unless otherwise specified. Customers should keep their Gift Card Number secure.
If a digital gift card is lost, we may be able to verify it through our internal records and Gift Card Number.
Copied, altered, duplicated or fraudulent gift cards will not be accepted. 7 Mirrors may refuse redemption if the card cannot be reasonably verified.
A gift card is applicable to the package/service specified on the gift card. Changing the package or service requires approval from 7 Mirrors.
Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash except where required by applicable law.
Gift-card redemption requires an appointment and is subject to salon availability.
Where a validity period applies, it will be communicated to the purchaser/recipient or stated in the applicable gift-card terms.
The current 7M Membership is offered for a one-time fee of ₹777 and provides 10–15% discounts on eligible salon services for 7 months from activation.
Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been purchased and activated, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Membership is linked to the registered mobile number. Customers should provide the registered number when using membership benefits.
Membership is personal to the registered member unless specifically issued as a gifted membership.
Membership benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.
Unused membership benefits do not automatically carry forward after the membership expires.
The 7M Membership can be gifted digitally. The recipient's name and registered mobile number may be required for activation.
Membership discounts may not be combined with another promotional discount unless specifically permitted by 7 Mirrors.
Where payment is made online, the transaction may be processed through a third-party payment provider.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during payment.

Unless specifically stated, promotional offers cannot automatically be combined.
With appropriate permission, 7 Mirrors may use photographs of completed salon work for portfolio, website and marketing purposes.
Customers may contact us regarding questions about the use of their photographs.
Website content including text, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, designs and branding belongs to or is used by 7 Mirrors and may not be reproduced or commercially reused without permission.
Our website may link to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, social media, maps, payment providers and other services.
7 Mirrors does not control the policies or operation of third-party platforms.
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, packages, memberships, gift cards, website or business practices change.
