- Within Vidarbha (day-trip): a fixed travel charge based on distance — often a same-day return.
- Across Maharashtra & overnight: travel plus one night's accommodation for the artist team, arranged or reimbursed by the family.
- Out-of-state destinations: flights/train, local transport and stay covered on a custom quote shared in advance.
- Early functions: for pre-dawn getting-ready calls, we stay at or near the venue the night before so we're ready on time.
- Advance booking: destination dates block multiple days — a booking advance secures your date and travel.

Yes. We provide on-location bridal makeup for destination and outstation weddings across Maharashtra and India — Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Amravati, Wardha, Chandrapur, Goa and beyond. Lead artist Shweta Kadu travels to your venue or hotel personally.
How do travel and stay charges work?
Travel charges depend on distance and mode of transport. For destinations beyond a comfortable day trip, the family arranges or covers travel, accommodation and local transport for the team. Every charge is spelled out on your custom quote before you confirm — no surprises.
Can you do makeup in my hotel room or at the venue?
Yes. We bring a full professional bridal kit, airbrush system, ring lighting and hairstyling tools directly to your hotel room, resort or venue getting-ready suite. You don't need a salon anywhere nearby.
Which makeup lasts best for outdoor and beach weddings?
For open-air, beach and summer destination weddings we recommend airbrush makeup — it's lightweight, water-resistant and sweat-proof, holding up through humidity and long daytime functions. For indoor evening events, HD gives a full-coverage, camera-perfect matte finish.
Can you cover the bride plus family and bridesmaids?
Absolutely. Bride + family packages cover the bride, mother of the bride, sisters, bridesmaids and other family across every function. Group pricing is available — just share your headcount and functions for a quote.
How far in advance should I book?
Book 3–6 months ahead for destination weddings. Travel dates block the artist's calendar for multiple days, so peak-season destination slots fill early. A virtual consultation can happen anytime before your trial.
Can we do a trial if I'm not in Nagpur?
Yes. We start with a virtual video consultation to plan your look, and arrange an in-person trial in Nagpur whenever you can visit — or, for full destination packages, a trial can be built into the travel schedule. Details are confirmed on your quote.
